BTCCSquare news:

Visa has launched stablecoin settlement services for US financial institutions using Circle's USDC on Solana's blockchain. The MOVE modernizes Visa's settlement layer, offering partners faster fund movement and 24/7 operational resilience without altering consumer card experiences.

Cross River Bank and Lead Bank are among the first participants adopting USDC settlement on Solana. Visa plans nationwide rollout by 2026, coinciding with its integration of Circle's upcoming Arc blockchain for USDC transactions.

The payments giant will operate a validator node on Arc upon launch, signaling long-term commitment to blockchain-based settlement solutions. This expansion follows Visa's successful pilot program testing crypto-native settlement rails.
